Here mini flan parisien, but you can use a 7 or 8 inches (20-22 cm) pastry ring, if you want to reply the original shape. For the cake, you need to increase baking time….about 45-50 minutes.
The famous Chef Georges Auguste Escoffier created at the end of 1800s the dessert Melba, to honor the australian soprano Nellie Melba. The dessert is made of peaches, raspberries sauce and vanilla ice cream. Today, I suggest you a modern reinterpretation of the same treat, consisting of a peach mousse, a raspberry jelly and a vanilla curd. The whole is wonderful …….
I prepared the famous Brioches Parisiennes by Christophe Felder (here) Mascarpone and vanilla brioches, (here) Lemon Buchty brioche (here) with crème fraiche or sour cream, I couldn’t ignore these Portuguese sweetened condensed milk rolls. All the doughs (but the first) call for different fat than butter. All the brioches are gorgeous, super soft and you can flavor them as you prefer.

A very simple tart, but really delicious. Shortcrust pastry has been unflavored with lemon zest and juice, but if you prefer, you can use cinnamon. Once you arrange the apple slices in the tart shell, a rich and creamy custard is then poured over the apples and the tart is baked until the custard has set. So, nothing difficult to prepare, but you will get a gorgeous tart.
A creamy, stunning and gorgeous dessert, perfectly balanced with white peaches and blueberries. To moisten the sponge, I choose a blueberry home made compote, but you can use store bought jam. The dessert is not difficult to prepare, plan the steps and everything will be easier.
