of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, mix butter with almond meal, sifted icing sugar and grated Tonka bean. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"1\" id=\"mv_create_53_2\">Add lightly beaten whole egg and mix to combine. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"2\" id=\"mv_create_53_3\">Add the sifted flour with salt and mix just to combine. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"3\" id=\"mv_create_53_4\">Flatten the dough into a round disc, wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 8 hours. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"4\" id=\"mv_create_53_5\">Place a tart ring (8 inches in diameter and 1 inch in high) on a perforated baking tray with perforated baking sheets. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"5\" id=\"mv_create_53_6\">Roll the dough gently until you have an even 3mm thickness. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"6\" id=\"mv_create_53_7\">Gently ease the dough into the sides of the ring, use your fingertips to press the pastry into the edges and up the wall of the tin. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"7\" id=\"mv_create_53_8\">Using the knife, remove the overhanging pastry. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"8\" id=\"mv_create_53_9\">Prick the base with a fork and refrigerate for 8 hours or freeze. <\/li><\/ol><h4><strong>Streusel<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li data-step-index=\"9\" id=\"mv_create_53_10\">In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, place butter, sugar, pastry flour and almond meal. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"10\" id=\"mv_create_53_11\">Mix until a sandy mixture forms. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"11\" id=\"mv_create_53_12\">Spread the dough on a baking tray with baking paper and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use. <\/li><\/ol><h4><strong>Almond filling<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li data-step-index=\"12\" id=\"mv_create_53_13\">In a small bowl, soften the butter with a small whisk or with a fork, then add sugar and mix to combine. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"13\" id=\"mv_create_53_14\">Add all other ingredients and mix to combine until well incorporated. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"14\" id=\"mv_create_53_15\">Pour the mixture into a pastry bag and set aside until ready to use. <\/li><\/ol><h4><strong>To bake<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li data-step-index=\"15\" id=\"mv_create_53_16\">Heat fan oven at 320F - 160&deg;C. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"16\" id=\"mv_create_53_17\">Fill the shell with almond filling and smooth the top. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"17\" id=\"mv_create_53_18\">Garnish the tart with frozen berries and halved and pitted fresh cherries. <\/li><li data-step-index=\"18\" id=\"mv_create_53_19\">Bake for 35\/40 minutes or until golden. <\/li><\/ol><h4><strong>To serve<\/strong><\/h4><ol><li data-step-index=\"19\" id=\"mv_create_53_20\">Let completely cool, dust with icing sugar and fresh berries on
