class=\"mv-create-instructions-title mv-create-title-secondary\">Instructions<\/h3>\n\t\t<ol><p>In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with hook attachment, place the sifted flours, the yeast, the sugar and the egg and start kneading on low speed.<br>Gradually add the milk, increase the speed and knead for about 10 minutes on medium high speed until you get a smooth dough.<br>Gradually add salt, then the butter and continue to knead until completely incorporated.<br>Grease a mixing bowl, place the dough inside, cover with cling film and refrigerate for about 8\/12 hours.<br>Then, remove the dough from the fridge and let sit room temperature for about 60 minutes.<br>Pour the dough on the bench, fold the dough with your hands a couple of times (fold a portion of the dough up and over itself toward the center of the dough, turn the dough and repeat).<br>Cover the dough with the bowl and let sit for about 20 minutes.<br>Shape the dough into a log and get small balls about 110 g each.<br>Place the buns on 2 baking trays and let rise until double in size.<br>Heat fan oven at 340F - 170&deg;C.<br>Brush the surface of the buns with beaten whole egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake fo 22 minutes.<br>Out of the oven, place the buns on a rack to cool completely.<br>Enjoy.<\/p><\/ol>\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t<footer class=\"mv-create-footer\">\n\t\t\t\n<div
